Krishna is an Aboriginal woman from the Wiradjuri nation of Central New South Wales and has family connections with the Yorta Yorta people of Victoria. She is married with 4 children and 11 grandchildren.

She currently lives in Wyberba with her husband and devotes her time to her Art and gardening. Krishna has a degree in Visual Arts from Riverina Murray College in NSW. She majored in Ceramics and Glass work. However in the past 8 years she has taken up painting and has in the last 7 years been exhibiting her work in local galleries around the Southern Downs region and also at Yungarra gallery in WA.
